My story
Fascinated by people
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by people—not simply by what they do, but by why they do it. What shapes the choices we make? Why do some patterns repeat throughout our lives, even when we desperately want something different? Why can two people experience the same event and carry it in completely different ways?
Those questions have guided both my professional journey and my personal life.
Over the past twenty years, I have worked across business, leadership and the international gambling industry, supporting individuals, teams and organisations in environments where understanding people is essential. Throughout those years, I became increasingly interested in what lies beneath behaviour rather than behaviour itself.
Whether someone is leading a business, struggling in a relationship, experiencing gambling-related harm, feeling lost, or searching for a new direction in life, I have discovered that the underlying question is often the same:
“Why do I keep finding myself here?”
That question continues to inspire my work.
How I work
Awareness creates choice
I have seen people make remarkable changes not because they were given better advice, but because they became aware of the patterns shaping their lives. When we understand ourselves more deeply—our experiences, relationships, beliefs and the systems we belong to—we create the freedom to make different choices.
This belief shapes everything I do.
I combine Family Systemic Constellations, Gestalt-informed practice, personal and business coaching, and my experience in Safer Gambling and Player Sustainability to support people from different walks of life. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or quick solutions, I look at the wider picture, exploring the relationships, environments and often unseen dynamics that influence how we think, feel and act.

- Master's Trainee in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
- MBA specialising in Emotional Intelligence.
- Certified Life and Business Coach.
While qualifications provide knowledge, I believe the most valuable part of this work is remaining curious. Every person, every conversation and every experience reminds me that no two lives are the same, and that meaningful change begins with understanding rather than judgement.
Beyond my work
Beyond my professional life, I am simply Anna
I was born in Poland and spent many years living abroad in Malta. Living away from my country of origin has given me a personal understanding of change, identity, belonging and what it means to create a sense of home wherever life takes us. It has also taught me that sometimes the longest journey is the one back to ourselves.
I feel most at peace in nature and have a deep love for animals, especially dogs. If I come across an animal in need, my instinct is to help. Whether it's offering care, rescuing, or finding a safe home, I believe compassion is often expressed through the small things we choose to do every day.
People are often surprised to discover that I love airports. I enjoy their energy, the sense of possibility they bring and the reminder that every journey begins with a single decision. I also have a fascination with big vehicles—especially powerful off-road cars and monster trucks. Some things simply bring us joy, and I think it's important to hold on to them.
Above all, I am endlessly curious. I enjoy listening to people's stories, observing human behaviour and exploring the invisible threads that connect our experiences. It is a curiosity that continues to shape not only the way I work, but also the way I live.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe that every behaviour, every decision and every pattern has a story. When we understand that story with curiosity rather than judgement, we open the door to awareness. And with awareness comes choice.
My role is not to tell people who they should become. It is to create a space where they can understand themselves more deeply, recognise the patterns that have shaped their lives and discover new possibilities for moving forward.
Because once something becomes visible, it no longer has to remain unseen.
And from that moment, real and lasting change becomes possible.
