Not simply what we do, but why we do it
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by people—not simply by what they do, but by why they do it. What shapes the choices we make? Why do some patterns repeat throughout our lives, even when we desperately want something different? Why can two people experience the same event and carry it in completely different ways?
Those questions have guided both my professional journey and my personal life.
Whether someone is struggling in a relationship, feeling lost, or searching for a new direction in life, I have discovered that the underlying question is often the same:
“Why do I keep finding myself here?”
That question continues to inspire my work.
